A Senior Lecturer of the Department of Planning, KNUST, Benjamin Doe has advised authorities to resort to technological as a panacea to the Akosombo and Kpong dams spillage.
He explained on Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM that this calamity is not the first and that the country must plan ahead to deter future calamity.
