Ing. Kwabena Agyei Agyepong, a senior campaign aide for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s presidential bid, has asserted that Bawumia’s selection as the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer has substantially undermined the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Speaking on Accra-based FM station, Ing. Kwabena Agyepong explained that Bawumia’s candidacy has made it increasingly difficult for the NDC to mount effective criticism against him.

He criticized the NDC for resorting to propaganda and negative tactics. “The selection of Bawumia has significantly disarmed the NDC and made their campaign extremely challenging,” Agyepong remarked.

Ing. Kwabena Agyepong highlighted Bawumia’s contributions to Ghana’s digital progress and reiterated his commitment to transforming the nation.

He praised Bawumia’s achievements, including advances in mobile money interoperability, and expressed confidence in his ability to bring about meaningful change.

“Bawumia has a clear vision for Ghana and is prepared to lead effectively,” Ing. Kwabena Agyepong stated.

He emphasized that the focus should be on ending inefficiencies and fostering national progress, with Bawumia’s dedication and current campaign efforts underscoring his readiness to serve
