Napo Commends Wife Alma on Launching NPP Campaign

Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) running mate for the 2024 elections, has expressed admiration for his wife, Alma Naa Jama Opoku Prempeh, as she kicks off her campaign for the party.

In a Facebook update on September 1, 2024, NAPO shared a video of his wife’s campaign launch in the Greater Accra Region, particularly in the Odododiodoo Constituency, with a warm message: “Welcome to the contest of ideas, sweetheart,” accompanied by a love emoji.

Alma Naa Jama Opoku Prempeh began her campaign in her maternal family’s hometown in the Odododiodoo Constituency, seeking their support.

The event saw her joined by notable figures such as Greater Accra Regional Minister Nii Kwartei Titus Glover and other NPP regional and constituency executives.

She received traditional blessings from her family elders, including Nii Agyir Banor, who prayed for guidance and protection for Alma as she embarks on her political journey.

The gathering was marked by traditional ceremonies, emotional family interactions, and strong support from party followers.
