The Semifinals of the Perfect Star Media and Perfect Serious Publications and Stationery Basic Schools Assessment Competition have concluded.
The semifinals have paved the way for an exciting grand finale, which is scheduled for October 10, 2024.
Held at the GNAT Hall at Amakom, Kumasi, the semifinals showcased impressive performances from the participating schools.
Out of the seven schools that made it to the semifinals, five have secured their spots in the final round.
Unfortunately, Bosomtwe STEM Academy and Queenamies Montessori did not advance.

- Mamprobi Salvation Army Basic School – 276 points
- Reverence Preparatory School – 268 points
- Eldia Montessori School – 261 points
- Queenamies Montessori School – 243 points
- Bosomtwe STEM Academy – 241 points
Pastor Philip Sarpong, CEO of Perfect Star Media and Perfect Grade Publications and Stationery, expressed pride in the schools’ performances.
He noted that even the lowest-scoring school outperformed those in earlier rounds.
He acknowledged the significant improvement among learners and emphasized that each school is determined to win.
“The finals are going to be spectacular—those who miss it will miss out on a lot,” he said, adding that attendees can expect a plethora of prizes.
He encouraged teachers to continue nurturing their students, assuring them that hard work pays off.
Teachers from the qualifying schools expressed their joy and determination.
They highlighted the tough competition and their commitment to supporting their students.
“We’re thrilled to reach the finals and will do our best to motivate our learners,” they stated.
The learners pledged to work hard and aim for victory.
“We won’t be complacent; we’re focused on bringing home the trophy and making our schools proud!”
