Ghanaian highlife artiste Kwadwo Akwaboah Snr has passed on.
Reports indicate that the veteran passed on in the wee hours of Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi.
His passing was announced by his son Akwaboah Jnr in an Instagram post.
He shared a photo of his father with the caption: “RIP DADDY.”
He is credited with songs like ‘Awerekyekyere’, ‘Hini Me’, among others.
