Private Legal Practitioner, Nana Obiri Boahen has hocked that he will drag the embattled Assin North Member of Parliament to court to collect every money he has received as an MP.

Lawyer Obiri Boahen’s statement comes at the back of the Supreme Court ordering Parliament to expunge Gyakye Quason’s name from its records due to constitutionality of the election of James Gyakye Quayson.

In an interview on Wontumi TV monitored by mytimefm.com, he emphasized that “I will chase him and collect all the money and make sure the money goes into the government’s coffers.”

Lawyer Nana Obiri Boahen said Gyakye Quason should have been guided by the late Adamu Sakande’s case.

He emphasized that Gyakye Quason should be jailed like Adamu Sakande to serve as a deterrent to others.
