Baabs Academy at Amamoli in Accra has joined the much anticipated Perfect Grade Publications and Stationery and Perfect Star Media Basic Schools Assessment Competition.

During their audition on Friday, June 14, 2024 in the school, the headmaster, teachers and students demonstrated a great enthusiasm for joining the upcoming educational challenge.

With a rich history of academic excellence and a strong foundation built on the Perfect Series textbooks, the school eagerly embraces this opportunity to showcase its students’ talents and competitive spirit.

Headmaster Emmanuel Odame Appiah emphasized the importance of competition.

He mentioned that they have been using Perfect Series textbooks for many years, so when the competition was announced, everyone was thrilled and eagerly participated.

Mr. Odame Appiah believes that competition enhances teaching and learning, and he hopes his students will win the ultimate prize.

He highlighted that Baabs Academy is a distinguished school with strong academic performance from the basic level to the tertiary level.

He pointed out that their motto, “Discipline and Excellence,” reflects their commitment to both academic success and instilling discipline in their students.

He reassured his learners by telling them to view the assessment as a class test or normal class exercise, encouraging them to stay relaxed and perform well.

Competing with schools from the Ashanti Region, he added, will provide valuable exposure and help them gauge their academic strengths.

The teachers expressed a strong eagerness to participate in the competition.

They highlighted the academic proficiency of their students, attributing it to the use of Perfect Series textbooks.

The teachers believe that because they use Perfect Series textbooks, the students will be well-equipped to answer the competition questions confidently.

They also mentioned being fully prepared for the competition and not feeling intimidated by schools in the Ashanti Region.

The Baabs Academy teachers stated their determination to win any prize offered in the competition.

The learners confirmed they are prepared, describing the assessment as manageable and expressing confidence in how they performed.

Pastor Philip Sarpong, CEO of Perfect Star Media and Perfect Grade Publications and Stationery, praised the impressive performance of Baabs Academy learners, noting that the upcoming competition will be highly competitive.

Pastor Philip Sarpong also expressed confidence that any school participating in the competition will find it worthwhile.
