Affordable Housing Must Not Be Priced In Dollars – Governance Analyst1 min read

Natural Resources & Governance Expert, Richard Kojo Ellimah is advising that Affordable Housing must not be priced in dollars.

Mr Kojo Ellimah’s statement comes at the back of the recently announced National Affordable Housing project at Pokuase that has set specific price ceilings for different housing units, aiming to make homeownership more accessible to the public.

The prices for the various units are as follows :

– Studio: $13,800
– One-bedroom: $20,700
– Two-bedroom: $34,500
– Three-bedroom: $42,550
