Prior to joining Nobisfields, Ernest was a graduate assistant at Ohio University Economics Department.

Ernest is a chartered accountant.

He was also a senior Accountant at Vanguard Properties Development, Ghana.

He held several positions at Vanguard including Financial Controller where he managed an annual budget of over $4m on four different projects.

He also ensured compliance with all regulatory frameworks – companies code, and taxation.

Prior to joining Vanguard, He was an Account Officer at Millennium Development Authority Ghana

Ernest holds the following qualifications:

Masters of Financial Economics at Ohio University
Professional Certificate in Accounting from ACCA
B.Com from the University Of Cape Coast.

He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

New NPP Parliamentary Candidate For Kumawu

Ernest Yaw Anim Replaces Philip Basoah At Kumawu

Delegates of the New Patriotic Party(NPP) on Sunday, 23rd May 2023 elected Ernest Yaw Anim to replace late MP For Kumawu Philip Basoah for the upcoming by-election.

Ernest Yaw Anim pulled 194 votes to emerge the winner.

Other contestants, Appiah Kubi, Da-costa Aboagye, and Ama Serwaa obtained 10, 27, and 181 votes respectively.

419 delegates, drawn from 25 electoral areas gathered at the Philip Basoah Community Center at Besoro, to cast their ballot.

The by-election is slated for 23rd May 2023
