Big Guys Club has put smiles on the faces of inmates at the Kumasi Children’s Home to celebrate Christmas.

The Club donated a variety of items with an undisclosed amount of money to the inmates to bring back joy during the Yuletide.

The items were bags of rice, boxes of biscuits, assorted drinks, packs of toffees and many others on Saturday 30, December 2023.

Mr Festus Amoh Asante, Secretary of the Club told mytimefm.com, the gesture is to provide relief and assistance to the poor and needy persons during this festive season.

He added that Christmas is not only about one and the family but a season to show love to the needy saying it’s godly.

“Christmas is a season of love and we encourage the well-to-do in the society not to enjoy with their family alone but turn to the needy to put smiles on their faces,” he noted.

Receiving the items, Mrs Mabel Amponsah, who is in charge of the Kumasi Children’s Home expressed appreciation to Big Guys Club and asked them to continue with such a good act towards humanity.

She called on others to emulate the shining example of Big Guys Club.
