Constitutional Government Is Better Than Military Government – Lawyer Anokye Frimpong1 min read
A Lawyer and Historian, Lawyer Anokye Frimpong has defended constitutional government as better than coup government saying there is a lot of challenges in coup.
Appearing on Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time Fm with Nana Kwabena Ampratwum, Lawyer Anokye said that it is time to amend the Constitution to abolish the payment of ex-gratia.
He added that the enormous and extensive powers of appointment by the President in the Constitution must be reviewed.
