Nana Yaw Osei, Private Legal Practitioner, wants the Council of State body and Office of the Regional Ministers scrapped off.

According to Lawyer Nana Yaw Osei, the two designations are not profitable.

Speaking on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM 97.7mhz in Kumasi, he defended with explanation that they incur cost on the nation.
