Development Works On Kumasi Lake Road & Drainage Extension Project 99℅ Complete – Simon Osei-Mensah1 min read

Presenting the 2023 Mid-Year Budget Review in Parliament on Monday, the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta said Development works on the Kumasi Lake Road and Drainage Extension project is 98 percent complete.

But the Ashanti Regional Minister, Hon. Simon Osei Mensah has shot down what the Finance Minister said adding that the development works on the Kumasi Lake Road and Drainage Extension project is 99 percent complete and not 98 percent.

In an interview on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM, Hon. Osei-Mensah said the road project was awarded to two contractors and it has two phases.

He said phase one starts from Brewery to Dompoase junction and it has six components.
