EC Announces New Date For District Level Elections1 min read
The Electoral Commission (EC) has announced a new date for the District Level Election(DLE)
The EC announced December 19, 2023, as the new date for the DLE.
The Chairperson for the Commission Jean Mensah announced at a press briefing in Accra dubbed, ‘Let the Citizen Know’.
Jean Mensah disclosed that the elections will be conducted in all the 6,272 electoral areas in all districts except Nkoranza North and South in the Bono region.
According to her, elections will not be held in both districts until 2025.
