Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has called on Ghanaians to give the Black Stars maximum support for the game against Egypt.
The Black Stars face a daunting task later tonight in a Group B clash at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
After losing 2-1 to Cape Verde in the first game, the Black Stars must now punch above their weight to take all three points from the game against the Pharaohs.
Ahead of the clash, Ghana President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is leading the charge to rally the populace to support the national team.
“We go again tonight against Egypt. Let’s all rally behind the Black Stars. They need nothing but our unalloyed support. Go Black Stars Go,” President Akufo-Addo said in a post on Facebook.

The match between Ghana and Egypt will be played at Stade Félix-Houphouët-Boigny in Abidjan.
