Head Teachers Who Register Unqualified BECE Candidates To Be Punished – Education Ministry 1 min read

Deputy Public Relations Officer (PRO) Ministry of Education, Ernest Akosah has disclosed that head teachers who register unqualified candidates (form 1 and form 2 students) for BECE will be punished.

According to him, the number of candidates who sat for the just ended BECE were more than 600,000 which means the increase was beyond imagination.

Speaking on Time FM’s Ama Ghana Morning Show, the Deputy PRO for the Ministry of Education said, head teachers who will be caught in this offence are likely to be demoted, transferred or face punishments.
