Former President of the Catholic Bishop Conference, Most Reverend Bishop Osei Bonsu has scolded Bishop Dag Heward-Mills for saying the Bible supports divorce and polygamy.
Dr Heward-Mills pointed out that even in nature, many animals have multiple partners, suggesting that this might align with the idea of polygamy.
Most Reverend Bishop Osei Bonsu, reacting to the statement on Time FM’s Ama Ghana Morning Show fumed that humans cannot imitate animals.
He said that homo sapiens are wiser than animalia.
The former President of the Catholic Bishop Conference advised that human beings should abide by the laws of the New Testament and not the Old Testament.
