Eric Dadson, Convener for Citizens Movement of Transparent and Accountable Governance has charged voters to punish politicians who have disillusioned the country.

Eric Dadson said if Ghana’s first President, late Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah was allowed to execute his vision, Ghana would have progressed steadily.

Participating on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM 97.7MHz in Kumasi, he said Dr Kwame Nkrumah executed numerous developmental projects.

He noted that successive governments have failed the citizens and the relevant tool is to punish them at the polls.

“If we punish politicians during polls it will trickle down general development. Political parties are not the problem rather voters. We have been brainwashed,”he told the host, Opanin Tweneboah Kodua.
