Ksi: Trotro Accident @ Sokoban Leaves Two Dead And Five Critically Injured1 min read

A small commercial bus, known locally as a “trotro,” was involved in a horrific accident in Sokoban, Kumasi.

The incident, reportedly caused by a brake failure, resulted in a collision with another bus and left two people confirmed dead.

Eyewitnesses reported that a middle-aged woman attempting to escape the collision by exiting the trotro was tragically struck by the vehicle as it overturned.

Another woman, who was rushed to the hospital after the accident, succumbed to her injuries.

Five other passengers on the trotro sustained critical injuries and were immediately taken to the hospital for treatment.

This is a sad reminder of the dangers of road accidents and the importance of ensuring vehicle safety.
