MMDCEs Must Be Elected; They Are Not Accountable To Their People – Nana Ato Arthur1 min read
Head of Local Governance Service, Dr Nana Ato Arthur has stated that appointments of MMDCEs should be based on election.
Dr. Nana Ato Arthur said most of the MMDCEs are not downwardly accountable to their people.
Speaking on Time FM’s Ama Ghana Morning Show he said if they are elected it will reduce winner- takes- all syndrome.
He told hos, Kwame Koranteng that election of the MMDCEs will enhance productivity.
