He also discussed innovations designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Feedback from regional media and industry partners provided insights into MTN’s performance, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
MTN also engaged with communities in the Tolon District, focusing on educating stakeholders about MoMo fraud prevention and leveraging technology for livelihood improvements.
Updates were shared on the nationwide network modernization project aimed at better service delivery in the area.
Recognizing the importance of cybersecurity and safe internet use for youth development, MTN conducted educational sessions for students at Lamashegu Secondary Technical School in Tamale and Bolga Girls Secondary School. Additionally, MTN partnered with the Martha Inspires Foundation to host a youth empowerment summit, bringing together nearly 3,000 students.
The outreach extended to media stakeholders in the Upper East Region, where one-on-one meetings and radio interviews were conducted to gather feedback and educate customers on MoMo fraud and other concerns.
