NAPO Leaves Ghana Today To Deliver Address On Educational Equity at University of Memphis<span class="wtr-time-wrap after-title"><span class="wtr-time-number">1</span> min read</span>

Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the Vice-Presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), will travel today to the United States to deliver a keynote address at the University of Memphis.

Dr Prempeh, who is also a former Minister of Education and was responsible for implementing the Free SHS Programme, among other key initiatives in the education sector, will address the audience on the topic, “Implementing a National Policy for Educational Access and Equity.”

During his visit, he will also engage with members of the Ghanaian community in Memphis, further strengthening connections between Ghana and its diaspora.

In addition, he will be hosted by the Mayor of the City of Memphis in a bid to foster cultural and educational exchange.

Dr. Prempeh will depart from Accra today, 17th October and return on Sunday, 20th October to continue his campaign for the upcoming elections.
