NPP Constitution Should Be Reviewed To Deter Leaders From Declaring Their Support For Candidate – Former Minister of Foreign Affairs1 min read

A former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Member of Parliament for Ejisu-Juaben in the Ashanti Region, Akwasi Osei-Adjei, has called for a review in the NPP’s Constitution.

According to him, the constitution should be reviewed to stop leaders from openly declaring their support for some Presidential aspirants.

His statement comes at the back of some leaders of the NPP throwing their support for candidates in the NPP Presidential primaries.

In an interview on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM, he stated that if such things happen it brings division in the NPP.

“If you are a leader and you want unity, you have to withdraw from endorsing a candidate.”
