The Immediate Past President of Ghana Medical Association (GMA), Professor Frank Ankobeah has urged the government to address the alarming rate at which health workers are migrating to seek greener pastures.
Professor Ankobeah described the situation as a crisis which needs urgent solution.
Speaking on Ama Ghana Morning Show, he told host, Kwame Koranteng that the nurses leaving Ghana have vast experience.
He said the government is building hospitals but if there are no human resources the effort will be in vain.
