(PICTURES) Inter-Co: Islamic SHS Wins Zone Two As Six Schools Qualify For Super Zonal1 min read
Islamic Senior High School was crowned champions in Zone Two of the ongoing inter-schools and Colleges competition at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi on Friday, 5/05/2023.
They Prempeh College, Yaa Asantewaa SHS, Osei Adutwum SHS, Toase SHS, and Namong SHS.
The rest were St Hubert Seminary SHS, Konongo SHS, New Edubiase SHS, T.I Ahmadiya, Fomena among others.
The Islamic SHS Boys and Girls secured 109 and 170 points respectfully to emerge winners.
Qualification To Super Zonal
Twenty-Nine schools battled for a slot in the Super Zonals but six schools accumulated the maximum points to secure a slot.
Girls Schools Qualification for Super Zonal
The six Girls Senior High Schools that booked a ticket to the Super Zonal were;
Islamic SHS, Yaa Asantewaa Girls SHS, Dwamena Akenten SHS, New Edubiase SHS, T.I Amass Fomena, and Ghana Muslim Mission.
Boys Schools Qualification For Super Zonals
Six boys Senior High Schools that secure a slot in the super zonal out of the twenty-nine schools were; Islamic SHS, Toase SHS, Dwamena Akenten SHS, Prempeh College, Bonwire SHS, and Konongo Odumase SHS.
