Etwienana Baffour Oteatuoso Kokobeng II said pragya has not been registered nor given the recognition to transport people.
Speaking on Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM, he said it’s pathetic to see an 11 to 14 year-old riding pragya or aboboyaa.
Nana Oteatuoso said the police should arrest and prosecute riders of the tricycles with fake number plate and license.
