Member of Parliament for Techiman North, Hon. Elizabeth Ofosu Adjare says the Proposed Rights of Spouses Bill is impartial.
According to Hon. Ofosu Adjare the Spouses Bill is to ensure there is equity in the law.
The proposed spouses law aims to establish guidelines for the distribution of properties during divorce, and for unmarried couples who were cohabitating but wish to separate.
Speaking on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Kumasi based Time FM, she said both women and men are against the cohabitation.
