Report Anyone Who Charges Additional Fees On Cleared Goods, GUTA Told1 min read

Member of Parliament for Asante Akim North and Member of Trade and Industry and Tourism Committee, Lawyer Andy Appiah Kubi has charged Ghana Union of Traders Association (GUTA) to report anyone who charges additional fees on already cleared goods to the police.

The lawyer described the action as a criminal offence and perpetrators should be brought to book.

He further told the Traders to provide their clearance document to serve as evidence to any group of people who intercept them on the road for additional charges.

Speaking on Time FM’s Ama Ghana Morning Show, the lawmaker expressed shock at the issue to host, Kwame Koranteng.
