Ronaldo executes wrestling move in Al Nassr loss1 min read
In the 57th minute of the game, the Portuguese football star was booked by English referee Michael Oliver for grabbing midfielder Gustavo Cuellar in a headlock and slamming him to the ground.
Oliver, who was a special guest for the top clash, was kept busy throughout the match at Al-Hilal Stadium.
He awarded two penalties to the home side, both of which were successfully converted by former Manchester United striker Odion Ighalo. Oliver also initially awarded a penalty to Al Nassr, but after a VAR review, reversed his decision.
The 2-0 loss dealt a significant blow to Ronaldo’s aspirations of winning the Saudi Pro League in his debut season with Al Nassr.
