If you still believe that it’s mostly men who cheat, you are right to some extent, but the reality is that nowadays, infidelity among women is pretty rampant too.

According to a new survey from the Ghana Statistical Service over 168k married women cheat on their husbands.

Reacting to the survey on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM, Deacon Atta Fosu said a lot of factors contribute to cheating in marriage on the side of wives.

Deacon Atta Fosu revealed that emotional dissatisfaction, lack of communication, a desire for novelty and excitement contribute to cheating.

He quickly added that a major contributing factor is the social media.

“Some married women follow the trends on social media to cheat,” he told Nana Kwabena Ampratwum.
