Lecturer and Founder of Kasa Tumi Language Watch Foundation, Dr Nana Anima Wiafe-Akenten has revealed that the use of intemperate language in the country by politicians can destabilize the nation.
According to Dr Anima Wiafe-Akenten, “Language is like a key, it can lock and unlock a door”.
Speaking on Time FM’s Ama Ghana Morning Show, the Language Expert expressed her disappointment with how intemperate languages are being used by some politicians and individuals in the country.
She explained to Kwame Koranteng that the use of intemperate language affects the country negatively and vice versa.
Dr Anima Wiafe-Akenten cited Rwanda as an example of how intemperate language turned the country upside down.
