Development Planner, Dr Stephen Takyi says there is too much politics in the Ashanti Region.
According to Dr Takyi, too much of politics in Ashanti Region has retarded the development of the Region.
Speaking on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Kumasi based Time FM on the topic: “Lets Overcome Doubts About Blacks’ Ability To Manage Own Affairs” he said it is time for the region to move from politicization to business interest.
“In my assessment as a development planner, I can say Dr Kwame Nkrumah moved beyond speeches. Everything in Ghana has been politicized.”
The KNUST Senior Lecturer said the black man is capable of managing his affairs but Ghana is not capable of managing its affairs due to selfishness and greediness.
