Twin Brothers Allegedly Stab Friend To Death At Berekum1 min read

The two, only identified as Farouk and Harus reportedly attacked Alhassan Sulemana at a pub on Saturday, July 15, 2023.

According to eyewitnesses, the unfortunate incident occurred after a misunderstanding between the twins and the victim.

One of the eyewitnesses, Mohammed Sofian said that he went to investigate after hearing loud shouts from the other side of the pub.

Narrating the incident, he said when he got closer, he found Alhassan and the twins engaged in a heated argument.

Mohammed added that he cautioned them against the argument and went back to his seat.

However, he later heard more noise and returned to find that the twins had stabbed Alhasan with a pair of scissors.

He was rushed to the Berekum Holy Family Hospital but was declared dead on arrival.

Meanwhile, the duo fled the scene following the incident and are still at large.

The mother of the deceased, Safia Sulemana, who spoke to the media expressed shock at the incident as her son and the twins were very close friends.

She added that the deceased’s brother has reported the case to the police for investigation.
