(VIDEO) Ashanti Region Records 893 Fire Outbreaks, 9 Deaths – Fire Service Discloses1 min read
The Ashanti Regional Fire Service has revealed that the Region has recorded total fire outbreaks of 893 and 9 deaths from January to November 2023.
The Regional Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the Fire Service, DO III Peter Addai who revealed this said 379 of the figure is domestic fire outbreaks.
DO III Peter Addai, appearing as a guest on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Kumasi based Time FM further revealed that, fire outbreak from January to November 2023 has seen a reduction as compared to 1,033 outbreaks that occurred from January to November 2022.
He advised the public to be vigilant in the Xmas season.
