Richard Kojo Elimah, Executive Director of Center for Social Impact Studies has shot down President Akufo-Addo’s statement that the ban on Galamsey is yielding positive results.
According to Kojo Ellimah it baffles him the kind of briefing President Akufo-Addo receives.
Speaking on Time FM Ama Ghana Morning Show in Kumasi, he stated that Galamsey has gone from bad to worst.
He stressed that the laws on the ban on galamsey are not working and those enforcing the laws are sleeping on the job.
