Convenor of the Economic Fighters League, Ernesto Yeboah says Ghana is not immune to military coup saying it is possible for a coup d’état to happen in Ghana.
Ernesto Yeboah said Ghana has surpassed what drives coup d’état.
His statement comes at the back of National Security Minister, Hon. Albert Ken Dapaah’s statement that people in the media, academia and CSOs have become coup promoters.
In an interview on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM 97.7Mhz in Kumasi, Ernesto Yeboah urged Ken Dapaah to focus on his job, “advice the government and leave journalists, academia and CSOs alone.”
He fumed that if Ken Dapaah knows coup cannot occur in Ghana then he is an amateur.
“The 1992 constitution is bogus positing that the constitution doesn’t fight for democracy,” he told Opanin TK.
