New Patriotic Party (NPP) Presidential candidate hopeful, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong says he will not step down for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.
The Ashanti Regional Communications Director for Kennedy Agyapong, Lawyer William Kusi explained that at this stage, only Kennedy Agyapong can save Ghana.
Speaking at the Launch of Showdown Group for Kennedy Agyapong at Suame Magazine on Wednesday 13th September 2023, he noted that the signs are clear for the Assin Central Member of Parliament to be the NPP Presidential Candidate for the 2024 elections.
The Regional Communications Director of Kennedy Agyapong said it is time Ghanaians elected a President who is an entrepreneur rather than an academician.
He posited that Kennedy Agyapong should not have gotten a competitor in the race due to his contribution to Ghana’s development.
Lawyer William Kusi threatened that if NPP delegates fail to elect Kennedy Agyapong as the flag bearer they will not vote in the 2024 election.
For his part, the Chairman of the Showdown Group, Nana Boadu aka Nana B, revealed that the Spare Parts dealers have formed the group for Kennedy Agyapong because only Kennedy Agyapong can redeem Ghana.
He urged the youth of the country to be concerned about the happenings of the country and wake up.
He appealed to NPP delegates to have the country at heart and vote for Kennedy Agyapong.
