Drivers And Vehicle License Authority (DVLA) Boss at Agona, Etwienana Baffour Oteatuoso Kokobeng II has advised Ghanaians to be careful with “goro” agents at the DVLA when registering for license.
Nana Oteatuoso Kokobeng II, continued by saying that drivers should not deal with anybody they just meet at the compound of the DVLA office.
He noted on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM that it is difficult to identify and arrest ‘goro’ boys.
