Human Rights Lawyer, Francis-Xavier Sosu has called for regularization and enforcement of the conditions of domestic workers.
According to Lawyer Francis-Xavier Sosu, if the process of house help is formalized it will make the house help work attractive.
Speaking on Time FM’s Ama Ghana Morning Show, he said Ghana has not comprehended the concept of house help.
The Madina MP urged both employer and employee to do checks about each other before engaging in the ‘trust relationship.’
