Executive Director, for Social Impact Studies (CESIS) has revealed the bane of Ghana’s problem.

According to Kojo Ellimah, what has hindered Ghana’s development is leaders without vision.

Kojo Ellimah said political parties in the country have failed to produce leaders with vision in the post independent era.

Speaking on the holiday edition of the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM on the Topic: “Is The Black Man Capable Of Managing His Own Affairs?” he said a chunk of Ghanaian leaders are bereft of leadership.

The CESIS Executive Director said he will defend Kwame Nkrumah’s statement that the “black man is capable of managing his own affairs” anytime.

He said Kwame Nkrumah was selfless that’s why his name continue to be on the lips Of Ghanaians.
