Former Ejisu-Juaben Member of Parliament, Hon. Osei Adjei has said that how the NPP primaries are conducted recently are regrettable.
Comparing the recent Primaries during his time in 1992, Hon. Osei Adjei said there is a vast difference.
In an interview on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM, he said the Parliamentary Primaries in recent times have become do or die affair.
He reminded the aspirants that “when you are elected as MP in your constituency, you have just three years and go for another election.”
Hon. Osei Adjei suggested that, there should be a review on the number of delegates who vote which according to him aspirants influence the delegates during the primaries.
