Ace Private Legal Practitioner, Anokye Frimpong says President Nana Addo has diametrically opposed former President John Kufour for supporting Bawumia to be NPP Flagbearer.
Lawyer Anokye Frimpong said former President Kufour didn’t support his Vice President, the late Alhaji Aliu Mahama to be Flagbearer which made the United Party (UP) tradition continue.
Speaking on Time FM’s Ama Ghana Morning Show in Kumasi on Monday 6/11/2023, he said Nana Addo didn’t allow the UP tradition to continue for supporting Vice President, Dr Bawumia.
He vehemently stated that NPP under Nana Addo has obliterated the UP tradition.
He stated that he would do everything for Bawumia to lose the impending general election if he were Kennedy Agyapong.
He said if Dr Bawumia loses the 2024 elections Nana Addo won’t be President to support Dr Bawumia with state resources in 2028 and it will make the Presidential candidate election a level playing field.
