Renowned Broadcaster, and an advocate for the legalization of Marijuana, Kwame Sefa Kayi has called for education on the NACOC bill.
He said there has been a mixed reaction by some Ghanaians to the passage of the NACOC bill.
Contributing to the topic “The Cannabis Bill – A Monster Or Economic Value” on Time FM’s Ama Ghana Morning Show, he said scholars should lead the education to explain to Ghanaians.
Chairman General as he is popularly called that some advanced countries that have legalized marijuana are generating huge income from it.
Kwame Sefa Kayi said authorities should spurn Tetrahydrocannabinol(THC) level of the cannabis and focus on the industrial purpose.
