Former Municipal Chief Executive Officer for Obuasi, Hon. Richard Ofori Boadi Agyemang aka Zuba has urged President Akufo-Addo to rename Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED) after former President John Agyekum Kufour.

Zuba emphasized that Akenten Appiah-Menka hails from Atwima Nwabiagya but doesn’t know the legacy he has in the area.

“Kufour was the first MP that was produced at Atwima and he became President so if we want an industrialist to name the school after, then Kufour should be the one,” he said on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Thursday, August 17.
