Billy Bonsu, Entrepreneur and Development Consultant, has debunked claims that only male employers demand sex for jobs.
According to him, some female bosses also ask for sex before offering a job.
Speaking on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM, he stressed that high unemployment rate is a major contributing factor.
Billy Bonsu told Nana Kwabena Ampratwum that most employees are ignoramus to the labour laws of the country.
He said there must be education on the labour laws to guide the job seekers.
