A Lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), Prof. Kobby Mensah has stressed that the 4th republic has not delivered as expected.
According to Dr Kobby Mensah, democracy should go beyond the ballot.
Speaking on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM, he said that the livelihood of citizens has not been bettered because unemployment issue has not been dealt with.
