VIDEO: ”The Judiciary Is Biased And Partisan, It Supported Akufo-Addo To Kick Me Out Of Office” – Daniel Domelevo 1 min read
A former Auditor General, Daniel Domelevo, has said Ghana’s judiciary system is biased and partisan.
Mr Domelevo’s statement comes as a rebut to Deputy Attorney General’s utterance that people perceive the judiciary to be biased when they lose case at court.
During his interview with Nana Kwabena Ampratwum on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM 97.7 MHz, he cited a scenario that “when the President ask Daniel to go on leave wrongly and the judiciary sits on the case for almost three years and Daniel reaches retirement age is that not justice denied?”
According to him, the ruling by the Supreme Court on his ‘forced leave’ compelled by the President is an evident that the judiciary is biased and partisan.
He said the behavior of the judiciary betrays what the citizens expect from them.
According to the former Auditor General, the judiciary supported President Akufo-Addo to relieve him of his duties.
