A Principal Dietician at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) Mrs Efua Owusu-Ansa has made a scary side effect of salt and with a passionate appeal to the general public to stop eating too much salt.

Mrs Owusu-Ansa said the more salt a person consumes, the higher his blood pressure.

Speaking with Kwame Koranteng on the Ama Ghana Morning Show on Kumasi based Time FM on the topic: Hypertension – The Silent Killer, she gave this advise on salt.
