The Dean of the Faculty of Law-GIMPA, Dr Kwame Agyemang Budu, says it is not necessary to have a Constitutional age limit for Presidents.
According to Dr Budu, “age is just a number.”
In an interview on Time FM’s Ama Ghana Morning Show, he asked the writers of Ghana’s constitution to explain why they capped the age limit to 40 years for people aspiring for government positions.
