Alliance for Accountable Governance (AFAG) says monocracy in politics is destroying Ghana’s democracy.

AFAG bemoaned that the monecracy in Ghana’s politics is a catastrophe.

Its Vice President, Henry Asante in an interview on Kumasi based Time FM Ama Ghana Morning Show on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, said the monecracy is not “helping the country to achieve the democracy we want.”

Mr. Asante told Kwame Koranteng: “We all know monecracy is in our politics but when you ask the giver, he will deny it.”
